Hello, The apartments with river view can be on the 2nd and 3rd floor. There are 20 steps to the second floor from our reception, and another 20 from the second to the third floor. The apartment, we select as our availability.

Dear Svetlin, Unfortunately, we have no parking at Alfama Lisbon Lounge Suites. You can park at Largo da Graça or at Rua Voz do Operário near the hotel (free) or in a private parking lot "empark" for 8€/24h near Santa Apolónia St

No, none of the units have a washer but we have a few places nearby with laundry service, the closest one is Jardins da Roupa - Calçada de São Vicente.

Would totally return to this location!
Comfy beds, liked the balcony & kitchenette. Location was awesome! Staff warm & friendly. Next door to excellent cafe Copenhagen. Tram on street was a novelty!
Small leak in shower pipe and under sink. We told proprietors. Other than that, wonderful!

Very good and convenient.
Very good location, it is close to many things but you need to climb up to reach the hotel. Number 28 tram is passing in front of the hotel. So early in the morning you can get a nice ride around Lisbon with it. A downside maybe was there was not an elevator in the building so you have to carry your luggage up.

What would you highlight about Alfama - Lisbon Lounge Suites
Nice place to stay, close to the sights.
The property is excellently located within walking distance of many of the Lisbon sites. The beds were comfortable and the seating provided was good. Even though the apt. was partly below ground, it was a nice place to stay.
The hallway leading to the room was fairly musty, although the apartment itself was not. The shower door didn't seal very well so there was often water on the floor after using it. There were no towel racks, making it difficult to get our towels dry overnight.
